VOICE provides youth from Canada and Germany with an opportunity to
voice their life stories, fears, hopes and challenges.
We analyse, which factors affect the transition from initial schooling to work and adulthood and the short and long term effectiveness of social services and programs.
The ultimate goal of the VOICE project is to:
----> gain better insight in the complexity of school to work transitions
----> determine and distribute good practices from both sides of the atlantic
----> identify, what social service providers can learn from the biographies of
.......the youth they serve
----> help social services and policy decision makers to meet young
.......people's needs and design and deliver social services that provide
.......perspectives, empower talents and help building vibrant communities
.......with and for our youth.

The VOICE Project is funded by the German Ministry of Education and Research.
