I always look forward to the networking opportunities with other practitioners to talk about challenges, success stories and best practices. I especially like to discover the various trends in employment opportunities in different sectors and regions of the province. It is also a great format to hear about opportunities for new initiatives. This conference is great for that due to the number of workshops and discussion groups you can be involved in. I look forward to it each year.
