I have attended the Futures conference for two years now, first as a participant and then as a facilitator. I felt that I benefitted from the insight provided at the various workshops and networking the first year i was there and wanted to give back. So it was an honor to have my workshop accepted and have the ability to deliver it at the second conference I attended and share my knowledge and experiences. I encourage others to do the same, we can all benefit from each others experiences and 'Lessons learned'. This is how we achieve continuous improvement.
